藕片荷兰豆炒培根

做法practice

1荷兰豆洗净,莲藕切薄片,彩椒切条形,培根切小片

Washsnowpeas,slicedlotusroot,slicedbellpepper,slicedbacon

2锅中注水烧开,倒入培根片略煮后,捞出沥干,待用

Bringwatertoboilinthepan,pourinthebaconpiecesandcookslightly,removeanddrain,setaside

3沸水锅中再倒入藕片,拌匀,略煮一会儿

4放入荷兰豆,加入少许盐、食用油,拌匀,再倒入彩椒,拌匀,煮至材料断生

9用中火炒匀,至食材入味
